I was chosen to test an updated pattern for up and coming designer, Bellamie Boo Couture. I loved the overall "girly" look of the pattern. The pattern comes with several options for the skirt, straps, front bodice and back bodice.
Skirt options: tiered ruffles, single ruffle at hem, or a simple gathered skirt with no ruffles.
Strap options: straps that tie in the center back, crossed straps, and straight straps (flutter sleeves can be added to most of these options.
Bodice front options: plain front or ruffle front.
Bodice back options: shirred back or elastic back.
The overall modesty in this dress is amazing for Littles. The pictures below show the coverage of the bodice, straps and skirt length.

For my test version, I chose to use a gathered skirt with a ruffle at the bottom, an elastic back, crossed straps, and ruffle front for added interest. With all of the available construction options and endless fabric options, this pattern can be used for just about ANY occasion. My Little happened to love the version I made for her ... a huge bonus!
