I know, these little beauties are what make the shirts so breathtaking. These airy tops are perfect for summer and can still be used in the cooler months with a layered tee or one of the many short-sleeve options.
The best part of the day is that I didn't have to be the photographer for these cuties. I enjoy taking pictures, but I really wanted someone more experienced to take these pictures, so I partnered with my amazingly talented friend, Rachel. She didn't disappoint. If you are in the Nashville area and want sweet pics taken, reach out to Rachel.
By the way, I've added another expensive toy to my "WISH LIST". 1) Embroidering Sewing Machine 2) Awesome Camera.
I'm so thankful that I have friends with Littles who live nearby. It makes Pattern Testing so much easier.
Would you like to see more pictures of these little beauties and their Janet Tops or of Rachel's amazing photography of my little friends, Miss C & Miss A? Here they are:

I got the amazing privilege to test another pattern recently. This pattern was by Popolok Designs. This was my first opportunity to sew one of Popolok Designs' patterns and, I have to say, it was amazing. The Janet Top pattern was easy to print and piece together, and the instructions were easy to follow. I loved that the pattern had so many neckline and sleeve options! I tried two different combinations, no collar with a flutter sleeve, and Peter Pan collar with no sleeve. I can't decide which one I liked better! The best part of this pattern was that it had all of the innocence and modesty that a little girl should wear without looking too babyish. That's definitely difficult to accomplish in children's clothing. And another plus, it was feminine without being too outlandishly girly.
